6th Circuit Court of Appeals Rules 2257 Unconstitutional

by @ 7:51 am on October 25, 2007.

Like many other small adult businesses, BlueToon Media has strived to follow the Rules & Regulations set down by the US Government - in spite of misguided intentions.

From X Biz

2257 is nothing new and as responsible owners, our company business practices were developed to stay in step with the most current regulations. Record keeping is a part of any well-run venture and there are reams of information and guidelines available for most any other industry, except adult. Regulation without representation and Federal inspection without the support of any licensing bureau is repressible, and an invasion of every American’s rights to privacy.

Regardless of the voice from the 6th Circuit Court, BlueToon Media will continue to only purchase adult visual content that includes proper age verification documents and performer releases. We will be diligent in our record keeping, and mindful of the general public, when publishing images not meant for minors.

We hope, and I pray that our officials can begin to focus their attention back on the children and their criminal abusers.

Score another one for the good guys. Hopefully when we get rid of the Bushies in the next election. The gov’t will focus on things that really matter.
