MySpace sees mass infiltration by sex offenders

by @ 5:04 pm on July 25, 2007.
While the DOJ is sending teams of FBI Agents chasing down a hand-full of suspect adult video performers, My Space purged thousands of registered sex offenders from their platform. Numbers are being bandied back and forth, but even the low end estimates are pretty scary.

So I ask the questions …

How much MORE effective would a team of 6 FBI Agents behind 6 computers be, instead of hunting for the allusive needle in a haystack? What a waste of our best trained minds, to be sent wild goose chasing in the wrong directions, without a tinker’s chance in hell, to make a difference.

Why is it, a for- profit TV show is 100 times more successful in removing pedophiles from society, than our own Gov’t - which squanders a third of our hard earned living? Heaven help the children in harm’s way, the grownups in charge of the World, have their collective heads up their asses.

PARENTS!

How bout we all start with some blocking software? Anything you can’t figure out, your kid should be able to walk you through.

Well said, Madame! Just another example of how our government is wasting millions of our tax dollars “protecting” us from non-existent threats while ignoring the very real ones.
