| Everybody has some favorites. One popped into my brain while I was fishing around for a way to make a point, without pissing anyone off. A bit of pithyness from a Blake Edward’s film, just seemed to fit.
Here’s just 2 of the many gems tossed out by a stellar cast, including Robert Preston Labisse: If you ever come back, I will have you thrown out. [Norma is smitten with Toddy, who’s gay] I’ve seen Miss Andrews perform Victor/Victoria on stage and film, surprisingly the movie left a more lasting impression, and some never- forgotten snippets of dialog. A truly funny film, worth watching, just to see Miss Warren in hot pink, do the best ever bottle blonde and bump and grind her way into my heart.
