President Bush will unveil his new Iraq strategy tonight; in what media commentators are terming a make-or-break moment for his beleaguered presidency.
That’s the Big News for the New Year. I know you don’t need ole Madame to bring this to your attention, smart folks that you are. But I couldn’t sleep last night, even tired to the bone I was channel surfing till almost dawn and really ANNOYED.
We have pretty basic cable over here, but still there’s more than 40 stations to choose from, so you’d think I could find something, anything to watch. Any movie will do most nights, and TMC usually offers something that will lull me to dreamland.
War films aren’t my favorite, but the one showing now would be over in just 30 minutes. I could bounce around infomercials .. lets see what’s playing next…

Is it just me, seeing an odd pattern in Mister Turner’s Pre- Bush-Speach-Late-Night_Line-Up? I know, that sounds either paranoid, or just plain sleep deprived. So I looked at what was on today. Cowboys, Leathernecks and disasters. Oh boy!
Again I ask, if you’ll pardon the poor grammar, is it me? Or is our whole world, just one big ole Puppet Show?
